Effective December 29, 2012 Please note: If you are requesting new photos or videos of a puppy from our site we require $1000 deposit as we keep information on our website (photos/videos) of all puppies. If you dont see a video of a puppy we do not mind taking one for you or sending you the link as sometimes do to an oversight we may have not uploaded the video to our site. Email us and we can provide one for you. If there are pictures and videos already on the site there will be $1000 deposit required before any new photos/videos will be taken. We are very busy and our time is valuable and due to time wasters in the past this is our new policy. A deposit is a way of saying that you are a serious buyer. For every photo shoot a puppy requires bathing, grooming, and drying and then the actual photo shoot takes time as well. Thank you for understanding.
Browse through our website and when you find the perfect puppy that is exactly what you have been looking for. Contact us at 1-888-743-0325 so that we can answer any questions for you about that particular puppy. When are you are ready pay your deposit and then the puppy is labeled sold to you. For serious buyers who are looking for a tiny teacup puppy and do not see a puppy on our site that you like you can get on our pay deposit waiting list for picks of our next puppy for it goes live on our site. Click here for more information about our pay deposit waiting list. This is the only way to get information of our upcoming litters. We usually have litters monthly available. Our prices are firm on puppies on our website so please do not email us or call us asking to take less as you will not find this quality at better prices. We offer $500 discount also if you buy two puppies.
We DO NOT ALLOW customers in our home or to see puppies in person without deposit $1000 paid in advance as this is for our own personal safetly and security!
Please understand that when you make agreement to pay a deposit for a puppy that you have agreed to the policies below for Boutique Teacup Puppies. It is the buyer responsibility to read these policies and adhere to them. Our contract will be sent to you at the time of sale with the terms and agreements and every buyer must agree to these guidelines before making a purchase with Boutique Teacup Puppies. - We do accept the $1000 deposit to hold the puppy if the puppy will not be within 2 weeks for his/her home. If the puppy is ready within 2 weeks full payment is expected at the time of reservation. This Payment can be made by Paypal with a processing fee or bank wire to our business Wells Fargo Bank Account or Direct Deposit for no charge.
- Final Payment due 1 week before shipping or transport. Each puppy will be taken to the vet by us to get his/her health exam, health certificate required for travel and a copy of the health certificate will be sent to you with transport/airlines as this is a law for interstate travel of any puppy.
- After all payment has been made. This puppy will be shipped 1 to 2 weeks from that date depending if we feel that the puppy is ready to make the trip to his new home. We have the right to hold a puppy for longer than estimated delivery date if we feel the puppy is not ready to go and cancellation will not be accepted.
- We have the right to ship when convenient for us. We can only try to accommodate to your schedule but, it is your sole responsibility to make arrangements to pick up your puppy from the airport. Also, shipping can be delayed for any reason because of temperatures. Shipping Fee in not included in price of puppy. This fee is based upon location. We also offer service from airport to airport offered by a third party and they will fly the puppy to your closest international airport for the fee that is based on your location. The puppy will ride inside the cabin with the puppy nanny and be hand delivered to you to the airport. Please NOTE we are not responsible for any delays due to flights being bumped or delayed as there is never any guarantee with time of delivery as flight delays are possible. Please understand that your puppy is in the best of hands and will be treated as their own pet and will be delivered safe on sound to you.
- REFUND/RETURN POLICY! We do not have a cancellation/refund policy so please understand that after payment has been made that payment is non-refundable. If the puppy you chose develops an issue prior to him/her leaving our care you will be notified and offered other puppies thats quality and price are comparable to what you originally paid.
- If for any reason, you have personal conflict or change of heart your payment is non-refundable. You will have a credit with us for one year from the date of purchase minus $500 for loss of time and for payment for advertising the puppy again. (This is to insure that our puppies will have a home. It is not fair for our puppies to have a home and the last minute you change your mind and other customers who might have been interested in our puppy miss their chance because you have changed your mind.) We will issue you a letter of credit from our boutique to use up to 1 year from original date of purchase.

- If you live a long way from airport bring a Cesar pack of puppy food with you to feed your puppy.
- Puppy potty pad to replace the one already in travel crate.
- We currently are feeding your puppy Eukanuba Small Breed Puppy and it can be found at your local pet food supply store. .
- We feed our puppies Canidae All Life Stages Food.
- We would like a phone call or email to know that you puppy is home with you so that we know that the puppy is safe and in his new home.
- We also would like to call in and check on you and your new puppy to make sure everything is going well. We like to be updated on how your new baby is settling in their new home. We would like all families to send us updated pictures of their puppy in their new home after arrival. We would like a video testimonial of your puppy and your experience from purchasing from Boutique Teacup Puppies.
- International Shipping is available depending on destination. We do not ship puppies cargo so our puppy nanny will accompany puppy and she will have to most likely stay overnight and hotel fees ect have to be paid for International Shipping. Prices for intenational shipping with our nanny service is $2500 and up depending on where you are located. Contact us for a quote. We do not ship to Hawaii due to quarantine regulations. if you buy two puppies we can give you discount for second puppy.
