- What kind of payment do you accept?
We only accept payment with bank wire to our Business Wells Fargo Bank account. We do not take paypal or accept credit cards due to fraud and chargebacks as we feel we should not have to fight for payment with a buyer after they already have possession of our one of our puppies. You can make direct deposit into our Business Bank of America account or complete a bank wire. Please click here for payment plans options that may be right for you.
2. Do you accept deposits?
Yes, we do accept and encourage deposits to reserve the puppy of your choice. We can not hold any puppy without a deposit. Deposits are $1000 for each of our puppies. The remaining balance will need to be paid within 7 days of your puppy’s departure date or the same day your puppy's flight confirmation or delivery date will be issued to you. If we do not receive full payment by the day the puppy is ready to ship you will lose your deposit and the puppy will be re-listed on our site and available for another customer to purchase. Also please understand that ALL DEPOSITS are NOT REFUNDABLE for Change of Heart Conditions. It is not our problem that you didnt talk your husband, landlord, or made a hasty decision to buy puppy so please respect our policy when placing a deposit on a puppy.
3. Is there tax added to my puppies price?
Tax will be added to your puppy's price only if you are in Nevada.
4. Where are you located and can I come visit the puppies?
Boutique Teacup Puppies is located in Las Vegas, NV but we are not a facility or pet store. We occasionally have puppies for viewing if $1000 deposit is paid upfront as we do not allow customers in our home unless deposit has been paid or final payment has been paid for safety and security reasons. Just contact us for available puppies for viewing. We provide an arena where customers like yourself can be matched with the perfect puppy. We have a puppy nanny service that will hand deliver your puppy to you at your closest international airport. We provide domestic and internatonal shipping. Please contact us for rates. We can also provide up to date videos of puppies by request so that you can feel confident we have that puppy available and he/she is healthy.
5. Is it safe to ship and what is involved?
Yes! We offer Puppy Nanny Delivery where our puppies are hand delivered to you. The fee for this service is determined where you live for all US destinations and can be paid at the time of delivery to our puppy nanny. We offer this service worldwide. We are also now shipping to the United Kingdom.
6. Where are the puppies flown to and how much does it cost?
We can fly your puppy to the closest international airport usually. Some of the smaller airports we might not be able to get flights into but, just call us and we will check on the certain airport of your choice.
7. If I buy two puppies am I charged shipping for each puppy?
No, we usually discount the price of the second puppy's airfare.
8. How long does it take to receive my puppy?
The airlines will not fly any puppy younger than 8 weeks old. It is also in the best interest of the puppy to wait until they are 8 weeks before they go to their new home or longer on tiny teacup puppies as we usually hold them til they are 10 to 12 weeks old. This gives us enough time to prepare the puppy to be on it’s own. As soon as we receive payment, we will book your puppy on the soonest flight available or the soonest pickup by our transport service. Please note we are not responsible for flight delays or transport delays for any puppy sold from Boutique Teacup Puppies as every precaution is taken when transporting our puppies to their new homes and flight delays are always possible. So, please understand when purchasing a puppy that delays are possible as they are not products and not shipped with a guaranteed delivery date. Also, at times if we feel the puppy is not ready to go to its new home the puppy will stay with us until we feel the puppy is 100 percent ready.
9. Do you have a specific day the puppies are flown out?
.The ‘available date’ is when the puppy is ready to go to their new home. We will try to book a flight for the first available date. It will depend on whether or not there is room on the flight, weather conditions, and if we can get your puppy into the vet for a health certificate. Be advised that flights may be rescheduled due to factors beyond our control as we depend on third party to transport our puppies. We will make every attempt to honor the agreed upon delivery date but reserve the right to change this date due to unforeseen circumstances. If a puppy has been delayed for shipping this is not cause for a refund or cancellation.
10. What's included with my puppy?
Each puppy will be given their first puppy shots, and be checked by the breeder's vet prior to leaving. It is necessary to be extremely prudent in protecting a puppy until the full series of puppy shots have been given. Normally there are 3 to 4 shots given every 2-3 weeks in hopes of catching it’s immunity system when it is receptive. Each puppy comes with the Nevada State Puppy Lemon Law Warranty as explained on Health Guarantee page. Each puppy will be sent with a Health Certifidate Starting 01/01/13 and all required documents by State of Nevada.
11. Do I have to qualify in order to purchase one of your puppies and do your puppies come with breeding rights?
We do reserve the right to not sell to any individual(s) who we believe for any reason will not provide a safe and secure home for our puppies without question or reason. We do not sell our puppies to breeders or for the purpose of breeding. Our puppies are sold as pets without registration papers. After the puppy has been spayed or neutered we can send you a link to a organization that will register your puppy if so desired but, we have no guarantees on registration or pedigrees for our puppies sold. Our puppies are sold to be loving, spoiiled pets only.
