- What kind of payment do you accept?
We only accept payment with bank wire to our Business Wells Fargo Bank account. We do not take paypal or accept credit cards due to fraud and chargebacks as we feel we should not have to fight for payment with a buyer after they already have possession of our one of our puppies. You can make direct deposit into our Well Fargo Business Bank account or complete a bank wire. Please click here for payment plans options that may be right for you.
2. Do you accept deposits?
Yes, we do accept and encourage deposits to reserve the puppy of your choice. We can not hold any puppy without a deposit. Deposits are $1000 for each of our puppies. The remaining balance will need to be paid within 7 days of your puppy’s departure date or the same day your puppy's flight confirmation or delivery date will be issued to you. If we do not receive full payment by the day the puppy is ready to ship you will lose your deposit and the puppy will be re-listed on our site and available for another customer to purchase. Also please understand that ALL DEPOSITS are NOT REFUNDABLE for Change of Heart Conditions. It is not our problem that you didnt talk your husband, landlord, or made a hasty decision to buy puppy so please respect our policy when placing a deposit on a puppy.
3. Is there tax added to my puppies price?
Tax will be added to cost of puppy if located in Texas.
4. Where are you located and can I come visit the puppies?
Boutique Teacup Puppies is located in San Antonio, TX. We do not allow vistors in our home but, we will meet you in a general location decided upon by buyer and seller to deliver your puppy. At the close of every sale of puppy we meet face to face with our buyers to take possesion of their puppy.
5. Is it safe to deliver my puppy via airlines and what is involved?
Yes! We offer delivery of your puppy to you personally. Your puppy will travel in cabin with seller to your local airport. We DO NOT charge a fee for delivery but, all expense must be paid for by the buyer for our travel expenses to you. Buyer will meet seller face to face at your airport to take delivery of your new puppy.
6. Where are the puppies flown to and how much does it cost?
We can fly your puppy to the closest international airport usually. Some of the smaller airports we might not be able to get flights into but, just call us and we will check on the certain airport of your choice so that we can give you a quote for expenses involved with traveling to you.
7. If I buy two puppies am I charged shipping for each puppy?
No, we do not charge our customers for shipping but, we do require buyers to pay for all our expenses to deliver your puppies to you whether it be one puppy or two.
8. How long does it take to receive my puppy?
It depends on the puppy being purchased as we only deliver a puppy once we will feel that puppy is ready to go to his/her new home. Some puppies may require extra time with us and you will be notified if we feel a puppy is not ready to go home yet.
9. Do you have a specific day the puppies are flown out?
.The ‘available date’ is when the puppy is ready to go to their new home. We will try to book a flight for the first available date. It will depend on whether or not there is room on the flight, weather conditions, and if we can get your puppy into the vet for a health certificate. Be advised that flights may be rescheduled due to factors beyond our control as we depend on third party to transport our puppies. We will make every attempt to honor the agreed upon delivery date but reserve the right to change this date due to unforeseen circumstances. If a puppy has been delayed for delivery this is not cause for a refund or cancellation.
10. What's included with my puppy?
Each puppy will be given their first puppy shots, and be checked by the breeder's vet prior to leaving. It is necessary to be extremely prudent in protecting a puppy until the full series of puppy shots have been given. Normally there are 3 to 4 shots given every 2-3 weeks in hopes of catching it’s immunity system when it is receptive.
11. Do I have to qualify in order to purchase one of your puppies?
- We do reserve the right to not sell to any individual(s) who we believe for any reason will not provide a safe and secure home for our puppies without question or reason.
