What is a Troll?
In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community,
such as an online discussion forum, chat room, blog, complaints boards, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional
response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion. The noun troll may refer to the provocative message itself
, as in: "That was an excellent troll you posted". While the word troll and its associated verb trolling are associated with Internet discourse,
media attention in recent years has made such labels subjective, with trolling describing intentionally provocative actions outside of an online context.
For example, mass media uses troll to describe "a person who defaces Internet tribute sites with the aim of causing grief to families or businesses. Trolls will post bogus complaints on all complaint websites including rip off report, squeakywheel, scam informer, pissed consumer, complaints board to expose their lies as far as they can. They can work on this every day under false names and different email accounts to attack your business. It is a malicious way for them to attack your business and you personally as they have nothing better to do than to make others miserable.
The Psychopathological Troll
The psychopathological troll is motivated to participate in an internet forum by psychotic delusions or compulsions, or by a neurotic seeking of false self-esteem.
The postings of a psychotic troll are unlikely to make any recognizable sense at all. On SOLO, the moderation of first posters effectively eliminates truly psychotic trolls.
The neurotic troll either seeks to obtain false self-esteem by manipulating the reactions of others, or by demonstrating his "power" to destroy what others enjoy.
The neurotic troll is often manipulative enough to make it past the initial moderation. However, on a Randian site such as SOLO, the neurotic troll's primacy of consciousness soon becomes evident:

These trolls usually will make false complaints and make up false reviews. They will post replies on their own complaints to make it seem as if there are
many people that have had problems with that company or person. It is a way to feul the fire and to keep it high in the search engines. They do this also so that they can pick up people who might have the same feelings whether they have purchased a puppy from us or not.
Just could be a general person that has the same views they do about teacup sized puppies in general so they will jump on the band wagon. They are always seeking people that will follow them and have the same beliefs they do so they continue to make the topic exposed more.
It is a growing problem as all it takes it one person or small groups of people who are against you to ruin your online reputation. In the dog world
it is a malicious way for competitors to ruin your business or make it seem that you are not trustworthy. Other breeders know that anything to
do with puppies can play on your emotions so they will often try and post horrible things that are completely untrue. These trolls have nothing better
to do with their time but, to try and hurt others.
Most times when you are successful there will always be a troll or a nasty competitor who will try and ruin your good name online to try and persuade
buyers from buying your puppies. It is most of the time impossible to track where the trolls are located or who they actually are because they will
post under anomonous names or fake names.If a customer has a true complaint they are not going to have a problem posting their real names but, trolls do not because they they know they are breaking the law and could be prosecuted.
Also, they usually will use a IP address that cannot be tracked or is private. It is also hard to prove
defamation, libel and slander in court as it is very costly and most of the times is not effective.

Nicole Rockey is one of trolls. She has continued to stalk our business since we started business. She post many complaints under her name and others and make up lies as she pleases. We have over an 80 percent return rate for customer buying more than 1 puppy from us. If you look through our sold puppies you will see many customers who come back for 2 or 3 puppies and if we were honestly doing bait and switch we would not be in business or would be have repeat business. This person has harassed me and my clients for over a year now as she has nothing better to do than try and hurt others. This is a TROLL. We also have MANY videos of our puppies to prove they are real and that they do look like their photos.
You ask why would anyone want to waste the time? Most the people making all the false claims and reports are breeders in the USA who are jealous of our business as these puppies are in high demand and if you watch our site you will notice puppies go quickly. It comes down to plain jealousy and hate! If you notice all the Korean dogs are being targeted not just us. If you find a site with the puppies from Korea there will be made false claims and complaints! Do your homework and you will see. It is all about jealousy! We get constant hate mail and occasional calls from jealous competitors who are posing as customers. So you be the judge!
